PMS (Premenstrual Syndrome) are the behavioural and physical symptoms which may occur during the second half of menstrual cycle of a woman. Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD) is the most severe form of PMS.
The condition of PMS is very common among most of the women. Common symptoms of PMS are:

- Anger
- Tension
- Anxiety
- Loneliness
- Hopelessness
- Mood swings etc.
Researchers are not sure about the cause for this condition. Some point that the hormonal level changes during menstruation may cause PMS/PMDD.
